Unlike UPS, US Postal Service also delivers on Saturdays. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order. UPS Ground or Fedex will sometimes be used if it is the cheapest method for that package. All Drink and orders over 4 lbs ship via UPS. UPS Shipping Options: (1-5 Business days) -Varies on Weight- UPS Ground (1-4 Days), 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States. You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order. Keep in mind that orders placed after 12pm EST will not ship till next day. RETURN POLICY
Damaged Shipments:
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. Mis-shipped items In the event a incorrect item was shipped , please do not open the product and notify us to arrange a return shipment. Any opened product is not eligible for a refund and the customer agrees to pay for the opened product. 
Return Policy:
We strive for your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product, please email us at Info@VitaminBungalow.Com for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise(in resellable condition) returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment(less original shipping cost). Clothing must have all original stickers and tags attached to be eligible for a refund. A 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. Return shipping cost is at customer expense(except for damaged or misshipped items). Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Fraud: We are HackerFree certified and check every order for fraud. If you attempt to place an order using a stolen card you will be prosecuted and any information turned over to the authorities. We require the shipping address to be verified by the credit card company file. If the shipping address is different than the billing address we will require confirmation from the card holders credit company before we ship. We retain the right to void/cancel an order unless these conditions are met.
Back Orders:
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. If we do not receive a reply in 3 days we will cancel the order and refund any charges. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
