Directions

Mixing Instructions: Dymatize Mega Gainer was designed to mix instantly in liquids with minimal foaming. Dymatize Mega Gainer does not need the use of a blender to disperse completely in liquid. Milk can be substituted for water if more calories are desired. Directions - In Water: Add 3 level scoops to 16 ounces of water. Stir for 20 seconds, or until completely dispersed. In Milk: Add 2 heaping scoops to 24 ounces of milk. Stir for 20 seconds or until completely dispersed. Mega Gainer Formula: Add 4 heaping scoops to 20 ounces of non-fat milk, 2 cups low fat ice cream, 2 bananas, 2 tbs unsalted peanut butter, 5 tbs honey, and 3 tbs brewers yeast.
