Wear latex gloves to prevent overly tanned palms. Dispense Jan Tana Show Tan onto a damp tanning sponge and message over skin until absorbed. Apply generously and quickly in a circular motion, tanning one area at a time. Use sparingly on knees, ankles, feet, elbows and wrist. Avoid hairline and eyebrows.
