Suggested Use: Usage: Preferably with juice, take 1–2 tablets of Amino Surge™ whey protein up to 3 times daily, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
Additional Usage: Low Level Resistance or Aerobic Training: Take 2 to 3 tablets, preferably with juice, 30 minutes before meals.
High Level Resistance or Anaerobic Training: Take 4 to 6 tablets, preferably with juice, 30 to 60 minutes before or after exercise.
