Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg

Melatonin (vegetarian source) 3 mg

Other Ingredients: Rice powder and magnesium stearate. Capsule consists of gelatin.

Suggested Use:
Take one capsule 20 - 30 minutes prior tobedtime, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.

Warnings:
Do not drive or operate machinery immediately following use of this product. Do not use if you are pregnant, lactating, under the age of 18, or have been diagnosed with MS, lymphoma, leukemia, diabetes, epilepsy, autoimmune disease, or use MAO inhibitors (such as iproniazid).
